Pride downtown

We have another stellar lineup of activities for all ages, booth browsing, food trucks, and more! Please apply according to your designation. Note that application completion and payment do not guarantee entry into the event. You will receive a confirmation via email if your application is approved.

Should your organization not be accepted your payment will be refunded in full. Failure to follow the agreed-upon terms may terminate future participation in Downtown Berkley events. Food truck shall be fully permitted and licensed to prepare, serve, and sell food in the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, under all applicable laws, statutes, and ordinances. Vendor shall comply with all health and fire codes, permits, and restrictions. Providing their own display equipment and tent for their downtown.

All food vendors must have a 2AB-C fire extinguisher. If food vendor uses a pride fat fryer then must have a "K" rated pride. Cleaning up their booth area at end of the event and being off the street within one hour after the closing of the event 6 pm. The Berkley Fire Department will perform a safety inspection promptly at am.

Your food truck must be ready for inspection at the stated time. An inspection checklist will be provided prior to the event for your review.
